Description
A medium-sized, conical shell with a moderately elevated spire and a straight-sided body whorl that tapers towards the base. The shell surface appears glossy. It is predominantly a rich reddish-brown to dark brown, adorned with irregular white or pale cream patches. These lighter patches are notably concentrated in a band around the mid-body and are also scattered towards the shoulder and base. The white areas often exhibit finer brown reticulations or speckles, creating a mottled appearance. The aperture is narrow and the interior is white or pale bluish-white. The apex is white.
