Description
A medium-sized, elongated cone shell with a moderately elevated, stepped spire. The shell exhibits a base color of off-white or cream, adorned with prominent, irregular, orange-brown axial bands that can sometimes appear somewhat checkered or reticulated, especially on the body whorl. The aperture is long and narrow, and the shell tapers towards the anterior end.
