Description

A living specimen of Cupidoliva nympha, a marine gastropod, is shown. The animal's large, translucent, and pale mantle almost entirely envelops its smooth, glossy shell. Only the apex of the shell is clearly visible, appearing light amber to brownish. The overall shape of the animal, including the extended mantle, is elongated and somewhat fusiform.
