Description
A small, robust marine gastropod shell, predominantly vibrant orange in color, heavily encrusted with greenish-brown algal growth and white calcareous deposits. The shell exhibits a highly sculptured and nodulose surface, characteristic of murex snails, with prominent axial ridges (varices) and spiral cords. Its overall shape is somewhat squat and angular, adapted for camouflage and protection in its marine habitat.
