Description

A living specimen of *Haliotis glabra*, commonly known as the Smooth Abalone, observed on a rocky substrate. Its ear-shaped shell exhibits a mottled camouflage pattern of reddish-pink, green, and dark brown. The animal's distinctive yellowish-green epipodium, fringed with numerous tentacle-like structures, extends from beneath the shell margin.
