Description

A striking marine gastropod shell, characterized by its elaborate and spiny ornamentation. The shell is generally whitish or cream-colored, with a prominent spire and a long siphonal canal. Its most distinctive feature is the presence of three widely spaced axial varices per whorl, each adorned with several long, slender, and often recurved spines, giving it a 'horned' appearance. The aperture is ovate, and in this specimen, shows an orange-brown interior.
