Description
A medium-sized marine gastropod shell, characterized by its smooth, highly polished, ovate-globose form. The shell exhibits a creamy white to pale yellowish background adorned with distinctive, broad, spiral bands of light brown to purplish-brown. The spire is very low, almost flattened, with the apex often showing an orange or yellowish tint. This species is a predatory moon snail found in sandy substrates of the Indo-Pacific.
