Description

A robust, spiny marine gastropod shell with a conical-ovate shape, characterized by strong axial ribs and spiral cords forming prominent nodules. The shell exhibits a reddish-brown to purplish-brown exterior with white nodules and a distinctive purplish aperture. This specimen, while labeled 'Morula lepida', morphologically resembles modern species within the genus Morula, such as Morula granulata, rather than the fossil species Morula lepida (Cossmann, 1903).
