Description

The Mozambique Cone is a medium-sized, conical seashell with a moderately elevated, pointed spire. The body whorl is smooth to faintly sculptured, tapering towards the anterior end. The aperture is long and narrow. The shell exhibits a base color of reddish-brown to orange-brown, overlaid with irregular white or pale cream blotches and axial streaks, sometimes forming indistinct bands. The interior of the aperture is typically white or pale pinkish.
