Description

The Netted Olive, *Americoliva reticularis*, is a medium-sized, elongated, and highly glossy marine gastropod shell. It features a smooth, cylindrical body whorl, a moderately tall, pointed spire, and a long, narrow aperture. The shell is typically off-white or cream-colored, adorned with a distinctive brown or orange-brown reticulated (net-like) pattern. The columella shows characteristic folds.
