Identifying FeaturesThe most distinctive features are the numerous, sharp, hollow, articulated spines arranged in axial rows (varices) and the exceptionally long, straight siphonal canal. The aperture is ovate, and the outer lip may have internal denticles.

Description
A medium-sized, highly ornate marine gastropod shell, characterized by its fusiform shape and numerous, sharp, hollow spines. The shell exhibits a creamy white to yellowish-brown coloration, often with subtle darker spiral banding. It possesses a long, slender siphonal canal and a distinctively white aperture. The specimen in the image shows a dark brown, corneous operculum partially covering the aperture.
