Description
A marine bivalve shell, typically ovate to subtrigonal in shape, characterized by a smooth and glossy surface. The shell exhibits a cream or off-white background color, adorned with distinctive reddish-brown or light brown zigzag, flame-like, or reticulated patterns, which are often more pronounced on the ventral half. Concentric growth lines are usually visible across the shell surface.
