Description
A bivalve shell, ovate to subtrigonal in outline, characterized by prominent, regular, and numerous concentric growth ridges. The shell is equivalve and moderately inflated. Its coloration is typically a uniform light tan or cream, often with subtle concentric bands of slightly darker yellowish-brown.
