Description
A medium to large-sized marine gastropod shell, characterized by its fusiform (spindle-shaped) outline, moderately tall spire, and prominent, often blunt, nodules or ribs on the shoulders of its whorls. The body whorl is large and tapers into a distinct siphonal canal. The shell is typically creamy white to pale fawn, sometimes with subtle brown markings. The specimen shown is a clean, creamy white example.
