Description
A medium-sized, highly sculptured marine gastropod shell, characterized by a high, turreted spire and a relatively wide body whorl. The shell surface is adorned with prominent, frilly, and somewhat irregular axial lamellae (ribs) that give it a rough, layered appearance. The aperture is ovate and smooth, leading to a short siphonal canal. The overall coloration is predominantly off-white to cream, with distinctive patches of pinkish-red or reddish-brown, particularly noticeable on the upper whorls and along the edges of the axial sculpture.
