Description
A medium to large-sized marine gastropod shell, characterized by its globose, somewhat flattened shape and smooth, glossy surface. The shell features a low spire and a very large body whorl. A prominent, deep umbilicus is visible, often partially filled or covered by a callus in live specimens, but appears open in this image. The shell is robust and thick-walled.
