Description

A small to medium-sized cone shell, characterized by its conical shape and moderately elevated, stepped spire. The shell surface is adorned with distinct nodulose (tuberculate) sculpture, particularly prominent on the shoulder and often extending in spiral rows down the body whorl. The color pattern consists of alternating bands of white and orange-brown, with the orange-brown bands frequently displaying darker reddish-brown axial streaks or blotches. The aperture is narrow, and its interior is typically white to pale purple, with a more pronounced purplish hue towards the anterior end.
