Description

A bivalve mollusk shell, ovate in shape with a smooth, glossy surface. It exhibits fine, regular concentric growth lines. The shell is moderately inflated and equivalve, with a slightly anterior and pointed umbo. The coloration is predominantly creamy white to off-white, often with irregular, faint, concentric bands of light brown or yellowish-brown, particularly towards the ventral margin. The umbo area tends to be lighter.
