Description
A medium to large-sized, solid, fusiform (spindle-shaped) volute shell. The exterior is typically light cream or off-white, adorned with numerous small, irregular reddish-brown spots or flecks scattered across the body whorl. The spire is moderately elevated and conical. The aperture is long and narrow, with a smooth outer lip and a prominent columella featuring several strong, oblique folds. The interior of the aperture is a uniform peachy-orange or salmon color.
