Description

Dyson's Keyhole Limpet (*Diodora dysoni*) is a small, conical marine gastropod shell characterized by its distinctive keyhole-shaped apical opening. The exterior surface is heavily sculptured with numerous radial ribs and concentric growth lines, giving it a textured, somewhat corrugated appearance. Its coloration is a striking mix of greenish-yellow, off-white, and reddish-pink or orange-brown, often with a prominent red patch at the apex. The shell margin is crenulated, reflecting the external ribbing. The interior is smooth and white, with a darker rim around the foramen.
