Description
A medium-sized keyhole limpet shell, characterized by its conical, oval shape and a distinctive elongated, keyhole-shaped apical opening (foramen). The exterior displays striking radial color patterns of reddish-purple or magenta alternating with lighter, often greenish-white or cream bands. The shell surface exhibits fine radial ribbing. The interior around the foramen is typically white.
