Description

Harpulina arausiaca is a species of large sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Volutidae. Its shell is characterized by a high, pointed spire and a smooth, glossy surface. The striking color pattern consists of an orange-brown background adorned with irregular, axial, whitish or pale cream flammules or streaks. It is a carnivorous species found in deeper waters of the Indo-Pacific.
