Description

A small, oval, cap-shaped marine gastropod shell, characterized by a prominent, elongated, keyhole-like apical orifice. The exterior surface exhibits fine to moderately strong radial ribs, and concentric growth lines may also be present. The shell color is typically a uniform light tan to brownish, often with a paler interior around the orifice. The specimen in the image is well-preserved, showing its characteristic shape and coloration on a sandy substrate.
