Description

A small, suborbicular scallop shell, displaying a vibrant reddish-brown base color with lighter, somewhat wavy, concentric bands and irregular blotches. A distinct purplish-pink patch is visible near the hinge area. The shell exhibits prominent radial ribs and is depicted resting on a sandy-muddy seabed amidst other shell fragments.
