Description

A marine gastropod, commonly known as an arrow moon snail, characterized by its globose, spirally coiled shell. The shell displays a striking pattern of white, crescent-shaped or arrow-like markings on an orange-brown to reddish-brown background. The living animal is visible, with its pale, fleshy foot partially extended and enveloping parts of the shell, and two short tentacles protruding.
