Description

A medium-sized, conical shell with a moderately elevated, pointed spire. The body whorl is sculptured with numerous fine, often granulose or nodulose, spiral ridges. The aperture is narrow and white. The shell exhibits a characteristic color pattern of off-white to cream with irregular yellowish-brown to orange-brown axial blotches and spiral bands.
