Description
Two specimens of Cymbiola scottjordani, a species of large sea snail, are displayed. The shells are fusiform, solid, and feature a moderately elevated, pointed spire. The body whorl is large and somewhat inflated. Their coloration consists of a creamy white to light tan background adorned with irregular, dark brown to reddish-brown blotches and speckles, creating a mottled or reticulated pattern across the shell surface. The aperture is elongated, and the siphonal canal appears short.
