Description

Two fossil scallop shells, fan-shaped with prominent, rounded radial ribs. One shell is uniformly dark brown to black, while the other exhibits reddish-brown and lighter cream-colored banding along the ribs. Both shells display concentric growth lines, indicative of growth stages.
