Description

A small to medium-sized marine gastropod shell, characterized by its conical-turbinate shape, pointed spire, and sculptured surface. The shell exhibits a dark, often rusty-brown background color with distinctive reddish-brown and yellowish-white spiral bands or blotches. The aperture is ovate, with a dark interior and a prominent white columella. The outer lip is thickened and bears several dark teeth.
