Description
A small, elongated, fusiform sea snail shell with a prominent, turriculate spire. The shell surface is distinctly sculptured with strong axial ribs and intersecting spiral cords, creating a nodulose or cancellate pattern, particularly noticeable on the upper whorls. The aperture is relatively small and ovate, leading to a short siphonal canal. The outer lip appears somewhat thickened. The overall color is a pale off-white or greyish, with the interior of the aperture often exhibiting a darker, purplish-brown hue.
