Description
A medium-sized, fusiform seashell characterized by its prominent axial ribs (varices) and spiral sculpture. The shell exhibits a high spire and a moderately long siphonal canal. Its surface is textured with numerous fine spiral cords intersecting the axial ribs, giving it a somewhat nodulose appearance. The aperture is ovate, and the outer lip is thickened and denticulate along its margin. The overall coloration is a light cream or pale brown, adorned with distinct reddish-brown to orange-brown spiral bands.
