Description
A bivalve seashell, moderately inflated and somewhat trigonal-ovate in shape. The exterior is characterized by a white or cream background adorned with striking, irregular, reddish-brown to dark brown zigzag or chevron-like patterns arranged concentrically. The interior of the shell is smooth and porcellaneous white, with a hint of purplish-brown near the margins.
